When LGC was founded in 2003, we were operating solely in Indianapolis. In the past 16 years, we’ve expanded to 36 cities across the country. Each local office is diverse and integral to the success of LGC. This series will look at our offices individually, highlighting what makes them unique.
Columbus, OH
In September we celebrated our 10th anniversary in Ohio’s capital. Columbus is an exciting market for hospitality, with the industry expected to grow 13.5% by 2024. There is a high demand for staff to work high end events, often paying well above minimum wage. With almost 900,000 residents, this Midwest city is fast growing and full of opportunity.
LGC has been fortunate to work a wide array of great events in Columbus. Some of these include the Arnold Classic, NCAA tournaments, Country Music Festival, and the Rock on the Range music festival.
Our office is part of LGC’s western region, overseen by Jaime Horning who’s been part of the team since 2006. Her knowledge and 13 years’ experience in hospitality staffing is key to helping us continue to grow throughout the coming years.
