In May 2019, we launched LGC Now – a staffing tool that provides LGC employees the opportunity to secure flexible employment based upon their schedule, while providing clients with the chance to obtain qualified talent right when they need it. One of the driving factors behind LGC Now is Deploy, a scheduling and engagement software created by NextCrew.
LGC Now One Year Later
Over the past year, our focus with LGC Now has been to train our local teams, which is comprised of 40+ offices around the country. With this staffing tool, we’re able to remove several manual administrative tasks and spend our time focusing on providing excellent customer service to both clients and employees.
One of the greatest benefits of LGC Now is its’ ability to provide remote assistant while many are forced to shelter in place. With the Deploy platform, the LGC team can schedule shifts and assign workers right from their computers or phones, whether they’re at home or in the office. This flexibility has allowed our team to stay safe while supporting our clients when they need it the most.
Throughout 2020, our focus is to continue bringing LGC Now to clients not only in the hospitality industry, but in industries and positions that will help our country get back to normal.
