LGC is a lot of things, but around this time of year we’re one thing in particular: thankful. <\/p>\n
There are plenty of reasons to be thankful throughout the year, but during Thanksgiving we like to take a moment to appreciate the great things in our lives. This year we spoke to a couple members of the LGC team and asked what their especially grateful for. Here\u2019s what they had to say:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Family<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n \u201c<\/span>I am\u00a0<\/span>thankful for my husband and son<\/span><\/b>. I am thankful to have a job that allows me to support my family and bring everyone together under one roof during the holidays.<\/span>\u201d<\/span> <\/p>\n \u201cI am\u00a0<\/span>thankful for my wonderful husband, healthy family, authentic friendships<\/span><\/b>, and 2 adorable pups. I am also thankful to be part of a company where people are genuinely valued, and we get an opportunity to provide people, well, opportunity.\u201d<\/span> <\/p>\n \u201c<\/span>I\u2019m thankful for\u00a0<\/span>having good health this year, for being able to celebrate another year of life with my family and friends<\/span><\/b>. I\u2019m thankful for my\u00a0<\/span>h<\/span>usband A<\/span>nthony<\/span>, dog T<\/span>offy,<\/span>\u00a0and cat B<\/span>rad<\/span>. I\u2019m thankful for a year with LGC and hopefully more years to come. I\u2019m thankful for my\u00a0<\/span>t<\/span>eam<\/span>\u00a0—\u00a0<\/span>E<\/span>rin<\/span>, L<\/span>eah<\/span>, S<\/span>ydney,<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>K<\/span>emmarie<\/span>\u00a0because without them work wouldn\u2019t be the same.<\/span>\u201d<\/span> <\/p>\n “I am thankful for my husband and children that have shown me how much love a heart can hold<\/strong> and I am thankful that I have a great career and great people surrounding me everyday. Furry Friends<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n \u201c<\/span>I am thankful for my new\u00a0<\/span>fluffy family member<\/span><\/b>!<\/span>\u201d<\/span> <\/p>\n \u201c<\/span>I’m thankful for my friends<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0family<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0and coworkers. I<\/span>\u2019<\/span>m thankful for the opportunity to open\u00a0<\/span>[the]\u00a0<\/span>NOLA<\/span>\u00a0[office]<\/span>. And I’m thankful for\u00a0<\/span>adopting\u00a0<\/span><\/b>my new<\/span><\/b>\u00a0puppy<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u201d<\/span> <\/p>\n \u201c<\/span>I am thankful for the friends I\u2019ve made through LGC, my husband and family, our newly built home, and\u00a0<\/span>my 2 dogs<\/span><\/b>!<\/span>\u201d<\/span> Colleagues<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n \u201c<\/span>This year, I\u2019m personally thankful for the group of managers I work with to help make so many positive changes in LGC.\u00a0<\/span>We compliment each other on\u00a0our successes and support one another on our bad days<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0They are so great, when I\u2019m\u00a0on vacation, they make sure that I\u2019m able to enjoy the time with my family.\u00a0Very thankful for them!\u00a0<\/span> <\/p>\n \u201c<\/span>My Houston girls\u00a0<\/span>Erum<\/span>, Ana<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0and Afreen!! They are a powerhouse and always pull through when the pressure is on. From our fearless leaders Jaime and Tena who keep me sane and give me the confidence to lead all the way to our field staff, I couldn\u2019t be happier to have the support and love.\u00a0<\/span>I am thankful for my LGC family<\/span><\/b>.\u201d<\/span> <\/p>\n \u201cI am thankful for the opportunity to work closely with such wonderful people, within the office and within the branches.\u00a0<\/span>This environment makes a perfect home and work life balance<\/span><\/b>.\u201d<\/span> <\/p>\n \u201c<\/span>I am thankful for my co-workers! My co-workers are all<\/span>\u00a0incredibly smart, funny, and most importantly, kind<\/span><\/b>. The LGC Corporate team is filled with people who support each other and celebrate each other\u2019s successes.
