One of the biggest challenges we\u2019re seeing is regarding employees; how to appropriately staff while abiding by social distancing guidelines and other safety restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, bars and restaurants have started turning to staffing companies to assist them with staff management. If you&#8217;re new to partnering with staffing firms, you might not know why a business would seek one out. You and your staffing partner should agree on what the desired outcomes of the relationship are and how to best achieve them.<\/p>\n<p>While you get to know your staffing partner, they\u2019ll also be getting to know you.
