In a traditional staffing model, internal employees are responsible for\u00a0manually assigning workers to shifts. This means that workers will either call in to see what\u2019s available, or employees will have to contact individual workers to see if they\u2019re free for the shift. LGC leverages a\u00a0staffing technology platform powered by\u00a0NextCrew\u00a0called\u00a0<\/span>LGC Now<\/span><\/a>. This allows us to automatically send out shift notifications to our workforce where they can then claim their own shifts based on eligibility.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
