Job Description

Our luxury hotel is GROWING and so is our team! We are looking for cooks and banquet cooks to support our culinary department! If you are an experienced cook/kitchen manager or sous chef this great job is for you! Ideal Candidates will have the following:

  • 102 years of full cooking experience in a full service kitchen. Fine dining experience preferred but not required
  • Shift availability for day evening and weekend shifts as needed
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen
  • Experience as a sous chef highly desired
  • Experience in volume cooking and catering for Banquet cook applicants is preferred
