Job Description
We have positions throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area! *Must have recent/current experience as a General Manager at a Quick Service Restaurant*. The General Manager of a quick service restaurant is a vital role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations and performance. The General Manager will lead and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food and beverages, and a clean and safe environment. The General Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory and expenses to meet budget goals, schedule and supervise staff, train and develop employees, respond to customer complaints and take appropriate actions, and monitor sales and financial performance to make decisions to improve the business. The General Manager must possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all employees are providing excellent customer service and are following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control inventory and expenses to meet budget goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Schedule and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Train and develop employees to meet the needs of the business.
- Respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Monitor sales and financial performance to make decisions to improve the business.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and financial targets.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
