Job Description

Seeking a Hotel Catering Manager for this beautiful hotel in SeaTac Washington. You will be responsible for soliciting new accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited too:

  • Supervise and attend the overall set up and implementation of events and meetings. Communicate with relevant departments to ensure proper servicing of accounts.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly Catering/Sales reports
  • Food and Beverage experience
  • Travel to meet with or call individual corporate clients by telephone to solicit annual and weeknight business.
  • Audit client checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Work with department heads in regards to menu, letters and reports
