We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and provide leadership and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence and a drive for continuous learning and development.
- Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth functioning through training and support of kitchen staff.
- Uphold our high standards of food production by implementing effective kitchen management techniques, including ordering, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrate your love for hospitality by delivering exceptional service, extensive product knowledge, and an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by building strong connections and promoting teamwork among kitchen staff.
- Act as a problem solver and supportive team player, using your multitasking and communication skills to address challenges and make informed decisions.
- 2 years of culinary experience
- 1 year of management experience
- Passion for the culinary arts and a strong commitment to teamwork and enjoyment.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging experience for team members and guests.
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- Preferred certification(s) to ensure food safety and cleanliness (e.g., State Specific Food Handlers Card).
- Legal authorization to work in the USA.
