Job Description
Casino Dishwasher / $15.00 / Cincinnati, OH

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines and manual methods.

Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including floors, walls, sinks, and trash receptacles

Assist with receiving, unloading, and proper storage of food and supplies.

Ensure that all sanitation and safety procedures are followed in accordance with health department regulations and internal policies.

Help with basic food prep or other back-of-house tasks as assigned.

Support a positive, respectful work environment in line with the casino’s values and employee culture.
