Job Overview:
LGC Hospitality Staffing is hiring dependable Janitorial and EVS Workers to support hospitals, schools, hotels, and event facilities. This is a temporary, on-call position ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in structured environments.

You will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe environments while representing LGC at client locations.

This is a physically active role. You will be on your feet for most of the shift, moving throughout the facility, cleaning continuously, and working with cleaning chemicals and equipment. In healthcare settings, strict sanitation and infection control standards must be followed at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas (restrooms, patient rooms, hallways, offices, common areas)
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
• Disinfect high-touch areas following proper procedures
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.)
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
• Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Respond to immediate cleaning needs as directed
• Follow direction from supervisors and client managers
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work

Work Environments:

• Hospitals and healthcare facilities (EVS)
• Schools and universities
• Hotels and public spaces
• Event venues and convention centers

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or EVS experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare or institutional cleaning is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–40 lbs throughout shifts
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Reliable transportation to various job sites
• Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude
