Job Overview:
LGC Hospitality Staffing is hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders to support hotels, catering companies, and event venues. This is a temporary, on-call position ideal for individuals who are dependable, professional, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

You will be responsible for delivering high-level food and beverage service while representing LGC at client locations. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide food and beverage service for events, banquets, and restaurant-style settings
• Bartenders: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Servers: Deliver plated meals, buffet service, and passed appetizers professionally
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout shifts
• Verify guest identification when serving alcohol (bartenders)
• Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed
• Follow direction from supervisors, captains, and client managers
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work

Requirements:

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience required
• Bartenders must have relevant alcohol certification (TIPS or state-approved, if required)

• Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Reliable transportation to various job sites
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays required)
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
