It’s the beginning of the year, which means it’s time to start thinking about filing your 2025 taxes for the 2024 calendar year. The good news is, your W2 form will soon be available from LGC. If you don’t know where to access this form, we’ve created an FAQ guide to answer all your most frequently asked questions.
Q: How do I get my W2 Form?
You can access your form through the ADP app. This is also the platform where you are able to check your paystubs. All you have to do is login and find the “Tax” tab on your home screen, select the “Tax Year” dropdown menu and select 2024. From there, you should be able to view the statement and download to your device for filing.
Q: When will my W2 form be available?
According to IRS guidelines, LGC will submit all of the information on our side of things by January 31, 2025 so that your forms will be available on or after January 31, 2025.
Q: Will LGC mail my W2 form to me?
No. Since going digital, we no longer mail paper copies of W-2 forms unless you absolutely require a physical copy. If you have trouble accessing your form, please contact your local office for support.
Q: What should I do if I have specific questions?

Q: What do I do once I have my form?
According to the IRS, you can start submitting your tax return documents for the 2024 calendar year as of January 10, 2025. The earlier you file, the earlier you can sit back and relax. Before you file your taxes, make sure you have all your W2 forms from every employer from 2024. That will make the filing process as smooth as possible.
