In May 2003 LGC was operating out of a 120 square foot office in Indianapolis. Placing our first candidates, building our business, and trying to make a name for ourselves in the staffing industry. Over the next few years we opened offices around the Midwest and started slowly expanding to the East coast. By 2013 we had 13 brick and mortar locations sprinkled across the United States.

Fast forward 20 years and LGC is in more than 45 cities nationwide – and we keep growing. Our goal is to be everywhere our customers need us to be; that way we can continue to fulfill our mission of matching the best possible clients and candidates together.
