Job Description
- Prepare, portion, and serve food and beverages according to menu and dietary guidelines
- Set up and maintain food service stations, including salad bars, beverage areas, and serving lines
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and dining spaces
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment as needed
- Replenish supplies and restock food items throughout shifts
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as required by health codes and company policies
- Provide courteous and efficient service to customers and respond to questions or special requests
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Other duties as assigned.
