Job Description
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a nationally recognized quick-service restaurant brand. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader passionate about team development, operational excellence, and driving profitability.
Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experience
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at growth and profitability
- Manage and optimize budgets, controlling expenses effectively
- Enforce adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance productivity and professional growth
- Regularly evaluate operational performance and execute improvements
- Handle staff scheduling, food ordering, and inventory management
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve operational challenges, such as profit fluctuations, staffing conflicts, and competitive pressures
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable national QSR brand
- Proven expertise in scheduling, hiring, and inventory ordering
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make confident decisions
- Open availability, including ability to work 10-hour shifts
- Successful completion of a background check
- Experience with adapting quickly to brand-specific processes
