Job Description

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a nationally recognized quick-service restaurant brand. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader passionate about team development, operational excellence, and driving profitability.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at growth and profitability
  • Manage and optimize budgets, controlling expenses effectively
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance productivity and professional growth
  • Regularly evaluate operational performance and execute improvements
  • Handle staff scheduling, food ordering, and inventory management
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Resolve operational challenges, such as profit fluctuations, staffing conflicts, and competitive pressures
  • Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable national QSR brand
  • Proven expertise in scheduling, hiring, and inventory ordering
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to make confident decisions
  • Open availability, including ability to work 10-hour shifts
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Experience with adapting quickly to brand-specific processes
