When LGC was founded in 2003, we were operating solely in Indianapolis. Over the past 18 years, we’ve expanded to more than 35 cities across the country. Each local office is diverse and integral to the success of LGC. This series will look at our offices individually, highlighting what makes them unique.

Meet LGC Indianapolis

For this spotlight, we’re so excited to talk about the LGC Indianapolis branch as they celebrate their 18-year anniversary as an LGC market. When we were founded almost 20 years ago, the first office we opened was Indianapolis, and it’s been our hometown ever since. Our Indy office, which continues to be our busiest location, is led by Regional Vice President Kim McGuire. Kim has an extensive background in the hospitality industry. She joined the LGC team in May 2009 and since then has been key to the success of this office.

Besides being home to LGC, Indianapolis has some impressive cultural landmarks, such as the world’s largest children’s museum. Perhaps most notable about the state capital is that it hosts the biggest global single-day sporting event, the Indianapolis 500. Not to mention the 2021 March Madness tournament just a few weeks ago.

Indianapolis – also known as the “Crossroads of America” – is a great market for staffing opportunities. We’ve been fortunate to partner with clients in a variety of industries and assist with hundreds of memorable events across the years. We’ve also been lucky to work with some of the most hardworking staffing professionals in the country. Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

Despite all the hardships caused by the pandemic, the LGC Indianapolis team worked tirelessly to help our clients safely staff their locations and to bring employment opportunities to our workers. LGC is proud of everything this office has accomplished and can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future.
