There are 4 elements: fire, earth, air, and water. This week is dedicated to the fire signs: Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius.
The essence of fire is action and movement. It burns, spreads, consumes, blazes, ignites. Think of these signs as an embodiment of the entirety of the character fire, good and bad. These 3 signs are known for being extremely passionate, playful, and confident individuals. They bring life to the workplace and make for great leaders.

Aries (March 19 – April 20)
Aries is the cardinal fire sign (i.e. the first of both the fire elements and the zodiac calendar), which means they are the ultimate leader. They are often self-starters and are not afraid to jump right into what they want to do. They may not always finish what they start, but it’s not for a lack of motivation.
An Aries’ natural tendency to take charge makes them a prime candidate for management positions or using their assertiveness in sales jobs. They usually dislike routine and gravitate towards careers that look different every day such as firefighting, acting, or self-employment. Aries thrive on their competitive spirit, so finding a job anywhere near sports will feed this ambition.

Leo (July 23 – August 22)
Leo is both appropriately named and intentionally governed. “Leo” is Latin for “lion,” the king of the jungle recognized by its fierce loyalty and leadership. As this sign’s ruling planet is the Sun itself, Leos are known for their stability, loyalty, and consistency.
Leos are charismatic, confident, and often inspire action in others. They are collaborative, creative, and goal oriented. With this in mind, Leos would thrive as actors, event planners, teachers, graphic or interior designers, politicians or motivational speakers, and travel writers. Having a sense of control over what they do, as well as the freedom to be independent, is very important for Leo’s career moves.
If you hire a Leo, you can expect them to be the life of the party with their creative energy and extroverted tendencies. They are great with clients and front-of-house roles since they are charismatic people, but make sure to appreciate the work they do or else they will likely not be happy. Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)
Last, but certainly not least, this mutable sign, ruled by the planet Jupiter, is known as the free spirit of the fire signs. Their fire comes from seeking the truth and finding inspiration in exploring and learning more about the world. Since they have a thirst for knowledge, they are great storytellers and very positive, curious people.
Because of their less-than-homebody spirit, considering a career as a flight attendant, pilot, cruise line worker, driver, or travel photographer/writer would certainly satisfy their distaste for settling down in one place. Similar to Aries, Sagittarius are equally competitive and enjoy entertaining the ins and outs of certain sports. Working as a sports recruiter, agent, or announcer would offer a fulfilling career in an active field.
There are tons of other fields where a Sagittarius would find their calling. If you’re hiring a Sagittarius, you can expect them to be great with people, a glass-half-full thinker, adaptable, honest, and have an all-in mindset.
