Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and develop hourly team members
  • Ensure service standards and food quality exceed guest expectations
  • Implement and enforce risk management strategies
  • Support GM in handling employee relations and operational issues
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Analyze and report on daily operational performance

Staffing and Development

  • Assess staffing needs and hire exceptional team members
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee training
  • Build a positive culture focused on morale, productivity, and engagement
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations

Financial Oversight

  • Monitor spending, inventory, and operational efficiencies
  • Assist in achieving sales goals and controlling key cost metrics
  • Keep senior leadership informed of performance, staffing, and guest trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of POS and back-office systems
  • Analytical thinker with business acumen and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to delegate and lead with purpose
