LGC is proud to announce the Back to Work Challenge! Throughout the month of May, we’ll be choosing 40 workers to each receive a $200 bonus on their paychecks just for completing a shift. Read on below to learn more about the month-long challenge.  

Each full week in May (there are four total), we’ll select 10 random employees to receive a (non-taxable) $200 back to work bonus as a way of saying thank you for choosing LGC and doing a great job with our clients. In order to be eligible to receive the bonus, the following is required: 

  • Must work for LGC 
  • Must have worked during the week of the drawing to be eligible for the bonus (more details about this below).  
  • The worked shift must have been completed – as in you cannot call off, leave the shift, be absent, or be sent home for disciplinary reasons by the client 
We will choose the back to work winners on a weekly basis. The schedule of choosing winners goes as follows:  

Week 1: Workers who complete a shift between 5/3-5/9 are eligible for the Week 1 bonus. We will select 10 random winners to receive the bonus on their next paycheck on 5/14.  

Week 2: Workers who complete a shift between 5/10-5/16 are eligible for the Week 2 bonus. We will select 10 random winners to receive the bonus on their next paycheck on 5/21. 

Week 3: Workers who complete a shift between 5/17-5/23 are eligible for the Week 3 bonus. We will select 10 random winners to receive the bonus on their next paycheck on 5/28. 

Week 4: Workers who complete a shift between 5/24-5/30 are eligible for the Week 4 bonus. We will select 10 random winners to receive the bonus on their next paycheck on 6/4.
