Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to support operations and leadership at a nationally recognized quick-service restaurant brand. This role provides excellent potential for professional growth and the opportunity to significantly impact team performance and store profitability.
Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations ensuring smooth execution and high standards of customer service
- Support the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic objectives for business growth
- Assist in budget management, expense control, and financial oversight
- Uphold and enforce company policies and standard procedures
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering productivity and professional development
- Participate actively in evaluating operational performance and suggesting improvements
- Manage scheduling, inventory ordering, and operational logistics
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Address operational issues promptly, including employee conflicts and competitive pressures
- Contribute to preparing and submitting operational reports for management review
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager within a recognized QSR national brand
- Demonstrated experience in staff scheduling, hiring, and inventory management
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including 10-hour shifts
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to adapt to specific brand protocols and procedures
