Job Description
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, silverware, buffet, etc.)
- Serve plated meals and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after service
- Refill water, clear dishes, and attend to guest needs throughout the event
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of events
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Adhere to company grooming and uniform standards
- Other duties as assigned.
