Job Description
- Greet guests in a friendly and engaging manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company recipes and standards
- Take and process drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, sinks, glassware, and equipment
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor guest behavior and respond to potential overconsumption or issues appropriately
- Handle cash and credit transactions using a POS system
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and cleaning
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
