We are looking for Executive Chefs for our established company that provides dining programs for universities, corporate environments, and senior living facilities. We currently have a position open at a university in the Sioux Center area.
- Ensures all food production is well coordinated and staffed efficiently.
- Responsible for budgetary goals, purchasing, and inventory.
- Develop team and identify employees for future leadership positions and plan training opportunities.
- Hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Minimum 5 years of cooking experience, Culinary Arts Degree preferred
- ServSafe Certification
- ServSafe Allergen Certification
- Management experience preferred
- Paid Training
- Seminars every other year (possibility of travel)
