We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a premier upscale steakhouse. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culinary vision of a high-end dining destination known for its modern flair, elevated service, and commitment to excellence.

Position Overview:

The Executive Chef is responsible for directing all kitchen operations, including menu development, kitchen leadership, staff training, food safety, and cost control. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, creative leader with a deep understanding of premium ingredients, steakhouse standards, and seasonal cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and execution
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff in a high-performance, high-volume environment
  • Develop and innovate seasonal menus, specials, and tasting features that align with the restaurant’s elevated concept
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols
  • Collaborate closely with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage food and labor costs, vendor relationships, and inventory control to meet financial targets
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top culinary talent

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in upscale, chef-driven restaurants
  • Expertise in steakhouse cuisine, premium proteins, and fine dining execution
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and vendor management
  • A passion for culinary creativity and staying ahead of industry trends
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure
