Guest Services / Usher – Event Staff / $16.00 – $17.00 / St.Louis, MO
We are currently hiring Guest Services / Ushers to assist with temporary, event-based positions across various venues in the downtown area. You’ll be the welcoming face of major events — helping guests find their seats, providing information, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests to their appropriate seating or areas
- Scan tickets and provide venue information
- Assist with crowd flow and monitor guest behavior
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve minor issues or questions
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Remain alert, professional, and courteous at all times
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate crowded venues
- Reliable transportation to downtown and surrounding venues
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous customer service or usher experience is a plus, but not required
