Job Description

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock guest amenities
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to company and health standards
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the supervisor
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely
  • Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects as scheduled
  • Maintain cleaning logs and supply inventory as required
  • Other duties as assigned
