We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Kitchen Manager to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards for food quality and cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute all kitchen positions with precision and professionalism
  • Lead line operations and manage kitchen flow during service
  • Collaborate with events and culinary staff to maintain and update menus
  • Oversee food production and ensure consistent quality across all menu items
  • Maintain strict kitchen sanitation in compliance with Health Department guidelines
  • Conduct daily labor and food cost analysis; ensure adherence to P&L goals
  • Monitor authorized overtime and control waste to protect profitability
  • Train, mentor, and support back-of-house team members

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary: $70,000 (based on experience)
  • 25% of base salary in bonus opportunities
  • Annual sales kicker bonus: Up to $12,000
