Join our team as a Special Events Crew in Honolulu!

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Working Hours: Shifts offer flexibility and include daytime, nighttime, and weekend availability.  Shifts would run 7:00am – 3:30pm or 2:30pm – 11:00pm or 10:00pm – 6:30am.

Job Description:

As a Special Events Crew member employed by LGC, you will play a crucial role in setting up/take down of equipment, decorations and signage as well as setting up chairs, tables and rugs for various events that would occur at the location.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup, including assembling equipment, decorations, and signage – setting up chairs/tables/rugs.
  • Provide support during events, including crowd management, attendee assistance, and equipment operation.
  • Help with event breakdown and cleanup, ensuring the venue is left in pristine condition.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in event support or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs – this is a physically demanding job.
