It’s been an exciting month here at LGC. On July 19th, we kicked off our summer event: LGC Summer Stories, across all our platforms. We asked you, our employees and clients, to share what your experience has been partnering with LGC, and you did not disappoint.

If you’ve worked with LGC for a long time, you know that we value our partnership with our clients and employees very much. Because we were founded on the value system of the hospitality industry, being a people first business means we have to intentionally listen to the people we serve. We need to ask questions, hear the pain points of our clients and candidates, and make adjustments when things don’t work. It also means that we are in a continual state of learning what our people need from us.
When we sat down to plan how we wanted to ask for people to share their story, we made a conscious decision to accept any and all feedback. Good or bad, we wanted to give our community a space to tell us about their experience.
We received an overwhelming amount of positive comments highlighting things our employees love about working with LGC.
“I’ve been with these guys for over 15 years and have had great jobs. I love the fact I could pick up jobs when I needed the extra income. Always a job to be grabbed. They work closely with you to get you fitted for jobs that work for you.” — Anita H.

We would be lying if we said we didn’t receive negative feedback, that’s a part of being a business. Our promise is that we use this type of feedback to see where our growth points are and use it to do better in the future.
