Jim Irsay Adds $1 Million Donation For Gleaners Food Bank
After $200,000 was raised locally for Gleaners Food Bank, Irsay donated $1 million on top of what was already raised. “I am so proud of our community and so proud to call Indianapolis home because Hoosiers come together, whether in times of celebration or in times of great need. Today is no different,” Irsay said.

“Motivated by desire to help some of the most valuable members of the baseball community, each club has committed $1 million,” MLB commissioner Rob Manfred said in a statement to ESPN.
Bacardi Joins In Assisting Hospitality Workers With $3 Million Donation
Bacardi Limited has jumped in with a $3 million donation to worldwide organizations that are supporting the hospitality community. That’s on top of the $1 million that the brand’s Patron tequila promised last week.
“We’re very empathetic towards the stress and hardship that the hospitality industry is currently facing,” says Elizabeth Costa de Rusch, which she notes is family-owned like so many restaurants and bars that are currently shuttered. “This is a community that has always worked with us as partners and supported our brands over the years. It is now our turn to step up and support everyone in the hospitality sector during this difficult time.”
Miller Lite says they are donating $1 million to restaurant, bar workers
Miller Lite announced that they would be donating $1 million to the United States Bartenders Guild (USBG) National Charity Foundation who is helping bartenders during this pandemic and urged their customers to donate too.
