According to the SIA website, “To qualify for the 2023 Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list, companies must have posted a minimum of $1 million in US revenue in 2018 and have had a compound annual growth rate of at least 15% from 2018-2022. The companies in the 2023 list had a median CAGR of 33.8%, while the top 10 had a median CAGR of 131.3%.”
This is the second time in the last 4 years that LGC has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing US staffing firms. We’re honored to be amongst the largest staffing firms in the country, a feat not every company can accomplish.
In May 2003 LGC was operating out of a 120 square foot office in Indianapolis; placing our first candidates, building our business, and trying to make a name for ourselves in the staffing industry. Over the next few years we opened offices around the Midwest and started slowly expanding to the East coast. By 2013 we had 13 brick and mortar locations sprinkled across the United States.
Fast forward 20 years and LGC is in more than 45 cities nationwide – and we keep growing. Our goal is to be everywhere our customers need us to be; that way we can continue to fulfill our mission of matching the best possible clients and candidates together. Being on the largest staffing firms list only helps us get closer to our goal.
