Portland, Oregon
Portland, Oregon is home to over 600,000 people. It is the most populated city in Oregon and is known for being the most bike-friendly city in the United States. Portland offers many different state and local parks that are great for viewing its stunning fall views. Nashville, Tennessee
Nashville is the capital city of Tennessee and is home to the oldest working capital building in the country. There are also numerous parks that make for great viewing of fall foliage.
