How does LGC work?
Businesses come to LGC with their staffing needs, whether on a temporary or permanent basis. LGC provides workers who meet their criteria. Our pool of temporary workers are W2 employees, while the classification of permanent placement candidates relies on the prospective employer.
What are the LGC locations?
We’re located in more than 45 cities nationwide. So we’re (just about) everywhere you need us to be. View a list of LGC locations here.
Do I have to pay to use LGC?
LGC clients and workers do not have to pay to access our platform. Clients will be charged a bill rate or fee depending on which service they decide to use.
Does it save money to use LGC?
