ConcessionStaff operates separately from LGC and focuses solely on facility and event staffing. Just like LGC, ConcessionStaff partners with clients to connect them with great, hard-working employees for their events, focusing mainly on concessions staffing. Our nationwide reach allows us to tap into a huge talent pool that can service events (in most areas) across the country. We can accommodate a majority of the positions you need to make your facility run smoothly. This includes:

  • Administrative & Parking 

Being affiliated with LGC gives us access to their easy-to-use online platform, LGC Now. This allows clients to submit orders and manage their rosters with the transparency of real-time updates. Plus, workers can choose what shifts they work and record their hours, all through their smart phones. Offering this flexibility has been a key difference in attracting and retaining employees throughout the pandemic.  

CEO and co-founder George Lessmeister had this to say about the recent launch: “LGC has a legacy of success when staffing for large, stadium-style events. By creating ConcessionStaff, we strengthen our ability within this sphere by establishing a separate division specifically geared to concession type job requirements.” 

Throughout its’ almost two decades in staffing, LGC has partnered with huge concession-related clients at major stadiums around the country. They’ve placed hundreds (if not thousands) of employees at dozens of events. Having this experience and knowledge of the industry is part of the reason ConcessionStaff was created.  

The other reason is because of Jaime Horning, a staffing veteran who’s been with LGC since 2006. Horning leads the ConcessionStaff division as the Executive Vice President and General Manager. She’s been integral in the ongoing success of LGC not only because of her drive, compassion, and desire, but because of her love of the candidates and the clients. When asked about ConcessionStaff, Horning shared the following: “We are thrilled to be starting this newest adventure within LGC. This will expand our brand and recruitment strategies nationwide. ConcessionStaff has a strong team of recruiters with a proven track record for success.”
