Meet Our New Staffing Divisions
EnviroStaff and MarketStaff operate separately from LGC and further our reach into two verticals that will benefit from the customized staffing solutions we offer. Just like LGC, these new staffing divisions partner with clients to connect them with great employees to fulfill their hiring needs. Let’s talk a little more in detail about EnviroStaff and MarketStaff and how they can service clients and candidates across the U.S.
EnviroStaff works closely with both candidates and clients in the environmental industry to make direct hire (and some temporary) placements. EnviroStaff was founded to help connect companies with the environmental professionals they need to make operations run smoothly and is the first of our two new staffing divisions.
When managing environmental projects, it’s important to have a knowledgeable, specialized team in place. EnviroStaff will make sure each candidate that you speak with has the training and experience needed to get the job done. Our recruiters have the capability to recruit for the following sectors:

A Seattle-based environmental company is among the first clients to partner with EnviroStaff. The primary focus of MarketStaff is to provide every employee needed for production from the factory to the floor. Working closely with clients, MarketStaff will customize a plan to recruit retail and distribution professionals based on job descriptions and position requirements. Though direct hire is offered, the second of the two new staffing divisions recruits and places mostly temporary professionals for short-term assignments.
Being affiliated with LGC gives MarketStaff access to their easy-to-use online platform, LGC Now. This allows clients to submit orders and manage their rosters with the transparency of real-time updates. Plus, workers can choose what shifts they work and record their hours, all through their smart phones. Offering this flexibility has been a key difference in attracting and retaining employees throughout the pandemic.
In the retail, distribution/warehouse, and merchandising sectors, it can take a village to cover all the tasks that need to be done. MarketStaff understands the importance of having a reliable team and how they’re key for smooth-running operations.
